Structural Draughtsman Full Time

Hire Resolve is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Structural Draughtsman to join our client’s team in Bryanston. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about structural engineering and eager to contribute to innovative projects in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and modify detailed structural drawings using CAD software.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to interpret design specifications accurately.
• Review and ensure compliance of drawings with local building codes and industry standards.
• Participate in design meetings to discuss changes and updates to projects.
• Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for designs.
• Maintain organized documentation and drawing files for easy access and review.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in structural drafting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software.
• A relevant degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of structural design principles and building codes.
• Attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
