Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a talented Structural Draughtsman to join their team in Cape Town, WC. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects and become part of a dynamic team where your expertise will be valued.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed structural drawings and designs in line with project specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to interpret and implement design ideas accurately.
• Review and modify designs based on feedback, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct site visits for measurements and assessments as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design software and relevant legislation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Design, or related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in structural drafting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong understanding of structural design principles, building codes, and construction practices.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration within a team environment.
