Job Title: Software Development Lead
Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a talented and experienced Software Development Lead to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of software developers in designing, implementing, and maintaining software solutions that meet the needs of clients. The Software Development Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
– Lead a team of software developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions
– Develop and implement software development best practices to ensure high-quality and efficient coding standards
– Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize software requirements
– Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
– 6+ years of experience in software development
– Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
