Site Quantity Surveyor Full Time

Hire Resolve is currently partnering with a well-established construction company in their search for a Site Quantity Surveyor to be based on site in the Western Cape. As a Site Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the costs and contracts on construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

You will work closely with the project team, subcontractors, and suppliers to accurately measure and value the work carried out, monitor costs, and ensure compliance with contractual terms. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably with site experience
• Knowledge of relevant construction contracts and regulations
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software like WinQS or CCS Candy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
