Senior Sitecore Front-End Developer Full Time

A company that manufactures and sells specialty coatings, sealants, building materials, and related services for industrial, specialty, and consumer markets worldwide is seeking a Senior Sitecore Front-End Developer to build, optimize, and maintain high-performance, responsive, and accessible digital experiences within their Sitecore infrastructure – remote

Responsibilities:

• Development & Component Architecture: Translate designs into pixel-perfect, responsive HTML/CSS/JS components within Sitecore using modern frameworks (Next.js, React, TypeScript, GraphQL, ES6+).

• Sitecore Integration & Content Authoring: Implement custom functionality and Headless/SXA components optimized for the Sitecore Experience Editor to empower content authors.

• Performance & Standards: Optimize UI performance, SEO, usability, and cross-browser accessibility (WCAG). Troubleshoot technical issues and address security vulnerabilities.

• Leadership & Continuous Improvement: Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, enforce Sitecore best practices, and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance capabilities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience: 7+ years in front-end development, including 3+ years of hands-on Sitecore experience.

• Sitecore Expertise: Proficiency in Sitecore Headless Services (JSS), SXA, rendering variants, component-based design, and Razor views/Headless integrations.

• Tech Stack: HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/SCSS), Bootstrap (v4+), TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), GraphQL, and React.js/Next.js.

• Core Skills: Responsive/WCAG accessible design, Git version control, and Agile workflows.

• Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving, effective communication, and collaborative teamwork.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
