In this role, you will ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications, implement quality control processes, and maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and contractor relations. Requirements:

• Minimum National Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional registration with ECSA is advantageous.
• At least 5 years of experience managing a road construction materials laboratory.
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of industry specifications and quality control processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong client and contractor relation skills.
