SAP Manager Full Time

Hire Resolve’s client is looking for a SAP Manager to join their IT department team in Cape Town, Western Cape. The ideal candidate will be responsible to build, maintain and manage a team of SAP professionals to support a stable SAP environment and maximize SAP usage while critically assessing new functionality to ensure the business derives optimal benefit from their SAP investment.

Responsibilities: 

• Manage the SAP IT project team as well as maintenance and support
• Solution Roadmaps and Feasibility Reporting
• Innovation and Continuous Business Improvement (CBI)
• Operational Projects
• Governance and Compliance

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in SAP management and system administration
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• SAP certification is an advantage
