REQUIREMENTS
✅Grade 12 / Matric qualification
✅Relevant tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or a related field would be advantageous
✅5+ years’ experience in a sales management role
✅Proven experience managing and motivating a sales team
✅Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
✅Experience in B2B sales and business development
✅Strong client relationship management skills
✅Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
✅Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel
✅Strong commercial and financial acumen
✅Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
