Roads General Foreman Full Time

Hire Resolve is actively seeking a qualified Roads General Foreman to join their client’s team in the construction industry. This role will involve overseeing road construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with safety regulations.

As a Roads General Foreman, you will lead a team of construction workers, manage site operations, and coordinate with engineers and project managers to ensure successful project outcomes. Your expertise in road construction will be essential in meeting project timelines and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Foreman in road construction projects
• Strong understanding of road construction methods and safety regulations
• Minimum of 10 years of experience
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Valid driver’s license
• Relevant qualification or certification in construction management or civil engineering is a plus
