Registered Nurse/Clinical Technologist Full Time

Hire Resolve’s Client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse/Clinical Technologist to join a reputable healthcare facility. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care while utilising your clinical technology skills to assist with various medical procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments and develop individualised care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist with medical procedures and operate clinical equipment
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and respond to any changes in condition
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated patient care
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and health management
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols

Requirements:

• Valid nursing qualification and registration with the appropriate nursing council
• Experience as a Registered Nurse and/or Clinical Technologist
• Strong knowledge of clinical procedures and medical equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
