Registered Nurse/Clinical Technologist Full Time

Hire Resolve’s client, a leading healthcare organization, is searching for a Registered Nurse/Clinical Technologist to join their team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional patient care while utilizing your technical expertise in clinical procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments to develop personalized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.
• Assist in various medical procedures, ensuring the safe and effective use of clinical technology.
• Monitor patient vital signs and document any changes or concerns.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and uphold safety standards.

Requirements:

• Valid registration as a Registered Nurse with the South African Nursing Council.
• Clinical Technologist qualification is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency in operating relevant medical equipment and technology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure healthcare environment.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills essential for patient care.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends when necessary.
