A well-established, multi-disciplinary construction firm is looking for a Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in concrete structural works to join their growing team.
With over a decade of successful project delivery, this company is known for executing complex structural concrete works—from high-rise developments and commercial buildings to major civil infrastructure. They operate across public and private sectors, delivering turnkey solutions that merge engineering precision with construction excellence.
If you’re a detail-oriented QS who thrives in a high-performance environment and is passionate about cost control and structural integrity, this is the role for you.
Measure and value structural concrete work (formwork, reinforcement, concrete, etc.)
Prepare interim valuations and manage final accounts
Monitor and report on project budgets; provide strategic cost-control guidance
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and perform comparative analysis
Work closely with engineers, site teams, and project managers
Ensure contract compliance and handle variations or claims professionally
Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in structural concrete projects
Solid understanding of construction drawings and structural detailing
Proficiency in MS Excel and QS software such as BuildSmart, CCS, or similar
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Driver’s license and own vehicle (preferred)
