Mechanical Revit/CAD Modeller Full Time NEW

A multi-disciplinary engineering consulting firm within the electrical, electronic, mechanical and fire consulting engineering fields is looking for a / to join their team in Cape Town!

Requirements:

• Mechanical engineering qualification/appropriate experience
• 2-5 years of experience in MEP Building services Revit/BIM modelling
• Multi-disciplinary MEP experience will be advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and delivering complex Revit / BIM models, and associated AutoCAD engineering drawings
• Implementing and assisting in day-to-day BIM related workflows, to meet organisational objectives
• Mentoring other staff on Revit/CAD related concepts and training

Responsible for the modelling and production of:

• Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems (HVAC) design Revit models, sheets, and AutoCAD drawings
• Wet-services and drainage design Revit models, sheets, and AutoCAD drawings
• Fire and Life safety design Revit models, sheets, and AutoCAD drawings
