A fast-growing online sports betting and casino company is looking for a motivated and commercially minded Marketing & Affiliate Specialist to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing the affiliate programme while supporting digital marketing campaigns, partnerships and customer acquisition initiatives.
Manage and grow the affiliate programme, including recruiting, onboarding and maintaining affiliate relationships.
Monitor affiliate performance, conversions, customer acquisition, CPA and ROI.
Manage tracking links, commission structures, reporting and payment reconciliations.
Identify opportunities to increase registrations, first-time depositors and revenue.
Coordinate affiliate campaigns, promotions and partnership opportunities.
Support digital marketing campaigns, influencer marketing, sponsorships and brand activations.
Conduct competitor research and identify new marketing and customer acquisition opportunities.
Collaborate with internal marketing teams to improve campaign performance and brand visibility.
Prepare performance reports and recommend opportunities for improvement.
3–5 years’ experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing or a related field.
A relevant qualification in Marketing, Business or Communications would be advantageous.
Good understanding of digital marketing and online customer acquisition.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
Strong organisational, administrative and project coordination abilities.
Commercial awareness, initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience in online betting, gaming, e-commerce or a digital agency is advantageous but not essential.
Experience with affiliate tracking platforms such as RavenTrack is beneficial
