Machine Operator Full Time NEW

Hire Resolve is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our client’s team, a leading company in the plastic fabrication industry. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for operating and maintaining Krauss Maffei machines, ensuring efficient and high-quality production. If you have experience with injection molding or similar plastic manufacturing processes and are looking to grow in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities

• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent production quality and safety.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep the machine running efficiently and minimize downtime.
• Possess a deep understanding of the different machine parts and provide support to expert technicians during troubleshooting.
• Work to meet and exceed the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) targets.
• Efficiently operate and maintain the machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Focus on achieving the highest standards of quality in all produced items.
• Set up and continuously monitor the Krauss Maffei machine to ensure smooth operation during production.
