Junior Site Agent/Engineer – Construction Industry Full Time

Hire Resolve’s client in the construction industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Junior Site Agent/Engineer in Sandton.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and management of construction projects
• Assist in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and progress reports
• Monitor and ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
• Assist in the management of project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks
• Assist in resolving any issues or delays that may arise during construction
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and records
• Keep up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Previous experience in the construction industry is preferred but not required
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
• Valid driver’s license
