Junior Quantity Surveyor Full Time

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our client’s team in Centurion. As a Junior Quantity Surveyor, you will assist in managing cost management and quantity surveying for construction projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, cost plans, and budget tracking for construction projects
• Support in managing quantity surveying tasks on construction projects
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project managers to ensure timely project delivery
• Identify project risks and contribute to the development of mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and industry standards
• Provide support to senior quantity surveyors as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Must come from Engineering/Mining field
• Proficiency on WINQS and DMX
• Consulting/Construction experience is a bonus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
