Responsibilities:

• Campaign Execution: Execute and maintain paid campaigns (Google & Meta Ads).

• Optimization: Set up and run A/B tests for advertisements.

• Data & Research: Conduct keyword research and monitor campaign performance.

• Automation: Learn and maintain critical marketing automations.

• Support & Reporting: Assist the Head of Performance Marketing with campaign setup and execution, and provide client reporting.

Key Skills & Expertise You Will Master

• Paid Advertising: Google Ads, Meta Ads

• Search & Content: SEO, Keyword Research

• Data & Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Data Analytics

• Strategy & Optimization: Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), Marketing Funnels, Marketing Automation
