Social Media / Paid advertising / Digital Marketing Full Time

Hire Resolve’s client is looking to fill the role of Social Media / Paid Advertising / Digital Marketing Specialist. In this exciting position, you will be responsible for driving our digital marketing efforts across social media platforms and managing paid advertising campaigns. You will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, engagement, and conversions, leveraging the latest tools and techniques in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and grow the audience
• Plan and execute media campaigns across paid social, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others
• Utilize industry best practices, emerging technologies, and digital marketing techniques to optimize the e-commerce website’s performance.
• Daily oversight and management of paid media channels, including search, social and mobile channels.
• Produce engaging content for social media platforms and ensure brand consistency
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional strategies that align with business goals
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to keep the company competitive
• Forecast and report financial results weekly/monthly to identify growth opportunities.
• Daily analytics oversight into website performance through platforms like Google Analytics, SEMRush, Similarweb etc.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry.

• Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.

• Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and CMS systems.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications‍

• Experience using Excel and analytics software (ex: Google Analytics)

• Experience using email & SMS platforms.
