Junior Green Accredited Professional Full Time

We are seeking a motivated Junior Green Accredited Professional to support sustainable building initiatives and ensure compliance with Green Star and EDGE certification standards. The ideal candidate will assist with the certification process, audits, inspections, and coordination with consultants and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the green building certification process, ensuring all documents are in order and submissions are tracked
• Lead post-construction audits and inspections
• Conduct site inspections and reviews to ensure compliance with green building standards
• Coordinate with sub-contractors, consultants, and auditors
• Report on progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
• Ensure building projects meet certification requirements
• Prepare submission packs, including required documents and plans, for the auditor
• Act as EDGE Expert and review the logic of consultant submissions

Qualifications & Experience

• BSc Degree in Sciences, Engineering, or Construction
• Valid Driver’s License
• Minimum 2 years working experience
• Experience working on at least 1 Green Star certified building
• GBCSA Green Star AP & IFC EDGE Expert accreditation
