Job Title: International Banking Officer
Location: Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal

Hire Resolve is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented International Banking Officer to join our client’s team in Umhlanga. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the banking industry, particularly with regards to international transactions and currency exchange.
Key Responsibilities:
– Processing international transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures
– Conducting currency exchanges and providing exchange rate information to customers
– Assisting customers with inquiries related to their international accounts and transactions
– Maintaining accurate records of all international transactions and account activity
– Monitoring and reporting on international market trends and regulatory changes that may impact the bank’s operations
– Working closely with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner
Qualifications and Experience:
– A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field
– At least 2-3 years of experience in banking, with a focus on international transactions
– Strong knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software
