Creditors Clerk – Telecommunications industry – Umhlanga, KZN Full Time

Hire Resolve’s client in the Telecommunications industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Creditors Clerk in Umhlanga, KZN.

Responsibilities:

• Process supplier invoices by accurately capturing and processing incoming supplier invoices.
• Conduct thorough monthly reconciliations of creditor accounts.
• Support the finance team during month-end closing procedures.
• Undertake various finance-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience using Pastel accounting software (preferably Pastel Evolution, but other versions will be considered).
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
