A prominent financial services group is seeking an organized and client-centric Insure Adviser Assistant to join their team in Bela-Bela (Warmbad), Limpopo. The primary focus of this role is to deliver exceptional after-sales service and comprehensive administrative support, contributing directly to ongoing client relationship management, policy retention, and practice growth.
Underwriting & Policy Administration: Apply internal underwriting policies across portfolios, coordinate annual policy renewals, and maintain strict service level agreement (SLA) deadlines.
Quotations & Financial Structuring: Compile precise insurance quotations and suggest competitive rates/pricing on behalf of the broker consultants.
Client Relationship Management: Act as a central point of contact for verbal and written broker and client queries, ensuring professional problem-solving and quality service delivery.
Compliance & Transaction Monitoring: Ensure absolute adherence to FAIS compliance frameworks and accurately record all transaction details.
Systems & Workflow Tracking: Maintain data integrity by utilizing core insurance administration software (including TIAL systems) to process data and manage daily operational tasks.
Education: Grade 12 / Matric and an NQF Level 4 Short-Term Insurance Certificate (Essential).
Professional Registration: Successful completion of the Regulatory Examination for Representatives (RE5) is essential.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant short-term insurance administration or underwriting experience (prior exposure to Commercial and Agri insurance lines is highly advantageous).
Systems Knowledge: Strong computer literacy (MS Office suite) and a working knowledge of insurance products and TIAL systems.
Languages: Proficient in both spoken and written English, plus at least one other official South African language.
Attributes: Strong planning and organizational skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a collaborative team-player mindset.
Location: Bela-Bela (Warmbad), Limpopo (Permanent, Onsite).
Salary Bracket: Up to R25,000 maximum per month (dependent on experience).
