Human Resource Business Partner Full Time

Hire Resolve is seeking a talented and experienced Human Resource Business Partner for a manufacturing company. As an HRBP, you will play a key role in supporting the HR function and partnering with various stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with our company’s goals.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with line managers to provide guidance on HR matters
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process
• Conduct training needs assessments and develop training programs
• Oversee employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Proven experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR role
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
