A well-established and reputable company within the steel distribution and industrial supplies sector is looking for an experienced HR Officer / Administrator to join its dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment and is passionate about supporting both employees and management.
:
✅ Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
✅ 3–5 years’ experience in an HR Officer or HR Administrator role.
✅ Working knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR best practices.
✅ Experience with payroll support and HR information systems.
✅ Strong administrative and organisational skills.
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
✅ Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
✅ Experience within the manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or distribution sector will be advantageous.
