Position: Head Of Motor

Hire Resolves client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Of Motor to lead their motor department in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal. The Head Of Motor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the motor department, managing a team of sales staff, and developing strategies to increase sales and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve department targets and increase revenue.
• Manage a team of sales staff, providing leadership, coaching, and support.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
• Provide regular reports on department performance to senior management.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimise processes and improve overall business performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Knowledge of motor industry trends and regulations.
