A company that provides tailored incentive and engagement solutions to motivate and reward employees, sales channels, and consumers, using behavior modification techniques to drive productivity, increase sales, and build brand loyalty, is seeking an energetic and creative Graphic Designer to join their fast-paced marketing team in Cape Town.
Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and execute design briefs, transforming a client’s vision into a tangible product.
Collaborate with project coordinators and copywriters to deliver cohesive campaigns.
Ensure all designs adhere to a client’s brand identity and guidelines.
Prepare and finalize artwork in the correct formats, sizes, and color codes for client approval.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
Minimum Requirements:
A 3-year Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design.
Proven commercial graphic design experience with a strong, well-rounded portfolio.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign is essential.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
An interest in animation and HTML/web design is an advantage.
