Finance Manager CA(SA) – Manufacturing – Sandton Full Time

Hire Resolve is partnering with a leading manufacturing company in the Sandton area to find a highly experienced and skilled Finance Manager CA(SA). This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious professional who wants to take their career to the next level.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the finance department and overseeing the financial operations of the company. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and execute financial strategies, analyze financial performance, and provide insights to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the financial operations of the company.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Prepare financial reports and analysis for management.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance and variances.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Manage financial risks and develop strategies for mitigation.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.
• Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Qualified CA(SA) with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. (Must)
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly desirable. (Must)
• Pro with Sage Evolution (Must)
• Experienced in Sage VIP (Must)
• Proficient in Excel,Word,Outlook etc.
• Strong knowledge of financial management principles and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in financial reporting and analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial software.
• Strong leadership and management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
