Finance Business Partner Full Time

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our client’s team. The Finance Business Partner will play a crucial role providing financial insights, analysis, and guidance to support
strategic & operational decision–making across the Commercial and Operations areas of the business

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with department heads and business leaders to understand their financial needs and provide strategic financial advice and support.
• Analyze financial data and develop financial models to support decision-making and drive business performance.
• Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide financial expertise in evaluating business opportunities, investments, and projects.
• Drive cost control initiatives and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor on financial matters.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in finance and business partnering.
• Support the Finance team in month-end close, financial reporting, and other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Honours Degree (preferably B.Com Accounting or Management Accounting) or equivalent and
• Qualified CA (SA) or CIMA
• MBA will be advantageous
