Erp Consultant Full Time

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic ERP Consultant to join a growing, people-focused technology team in Gauteng.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering full lifecycle ERP implementations, including analysis, design, configuration, training, and post-go-live support. You will work closely with clients to improve business processes and ensure effective system integration and optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end ERP implementation (full project lifecycle)
• Business and systems analysis of client requirements
• Design and implementation of ERP solutions
• Client training and post-implementation support
• Mapping business processes and information flow between systems
• Identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and duplication of work
• Re-engineering operational processes to improve efficiency
• Supporting data-driven decision-making and system optimisation

 Minimum Requirements

• BCom degree (or equivalent Bachelor’s degree)
• Minimum of 5 years’ ERP implementation experience
• Experience in full lifecycle ERP projects (essential)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong Excel skills
• Microsoft SQL experience (advantageous)
