Engineer Civils Supervisor Full Time

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising civil engineering activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards, and managing a team of engineers and technicians. Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee civil engineering activities on site
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Manage a team of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors
• Monitor project progress and report on key milestones and deliverables
• Review and approve engineering designs and technical documentation
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
• Participate in project meetings, site inspections, and audits
• Prepare regular progress reports and participate in project reviews

Requirements: 

• Proven experience as a Civil Engineer or Civils Supervisor
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction techniques, and project management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience with construction software and design tools
• Flexibility to travel and work on-site as needed
