Procurement Manager Full Time

Hire Resolve is a leading recruitment agency specializing in various industries and sectors. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Manager for a solar energy company.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the procurement process for our organization. This includes sourcing and selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that procurement activities align with the company’s strategic goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers
• Negotiate and manage contracts
• Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand and meet procurement needs
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues or disputes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools
• Knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance requirements
