Emergency Marshall – R160K – R130K Full Time

Hire Resolve is currently assisting an FMCG company in Cape Town in their search for an Emergency Marshall to join their team.

As an Emergency Marshall, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining emergency response plans and protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of employees and visitors. You will conduct emergency drills, provide training on emergency procedures, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to effectively respond to emergency situations.

If you have a strong background in emergency management and are passionate about ensuring the safety of others, this opportunity is perfect for you.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in Emergency Management
• First Aid and Firefighting certification is advantageous
• Previous experience as an Emergency Marshall
• Experience in all firefighting, safety, and environmental obligations
• Knowledge of emergency response procedures and protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate with different departments
