A well-established and fast-paced property-focused organisation is seeking a Debtors & Leasing Administrator to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys working with numbers, and has a passion for maintaining accurate records while supporting leasing operations.
:
✅ Grade 12 (Matric) – essential
✅ Diploma or Certificate in Finance, Accounting, Property Management, or related field (advantageous)
✅ 3–5 years’ experience in debtors and/or leasing administration (property industry preferred)
✅ Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes
✅ Experience working with property management systems (e.g. MDA, MRI, PropCo or similar)
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
