Credit Analyst Full Time

Hire Resolve is seeking a skilled Credit Analyst for our esteemed client, a leading agricultural company based in Malmesbury. Responsibilities

• Credit Assessments: Review and assess the financial history of applicants (individuals or entities) to determine creditworthiness.
• Risk Analysis: Conduct risk and affordability assessments, presenting findings to management.
• Application Processing: Handle applications for credit facilities and ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Securities Management: Oversee the establishment of securities for approved credit facilities.
• Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal and external parties, including auditors and banks.
• General Administration: Manage office administration tasks and resolve customer inquiries.
• Ad Hoc Duties: Perform additional tasks as required within the finance department.

Requirements

• National Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Law.
• Membership of the Institute for Credit Control (preferred).
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in credit analysis or financial services.
• Strong analytical, financial, and administrative skills.
• Ability to interpret audited financial statements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities for interactions with auditors and financial institutions.
• Understanding of credit risk regulations and financial compliance requirements.
• Experience with financial analysis software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong accuracy and problem-solving skills to ensure precise financial assessments.
• Ability to manage complex financial assessments.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• High level of self-awareness and achievement orientation.
