Business & Reporting Analyst Full Time

An agricultural and lifestyle retail hub that supplies farming essentials, hardware, and everyday consumer goods is seeking a Business Analyst & Reporting Specialist who will develop and maintain the analytical and reporting functionality for the Supply Chain division.

Responsibilities:

• Convert business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

• Establish best practices for data extraction and loading (ETL) within the data warehouse.

• Provide continuous analytical support to the Supply Chain division.

• Advise internal stakeholders on application and system capabilities.

• Gather, manage, and report on functional Supply Chain data.

• Handle administrative and ad-hoc analytical functions.

• Build and maintain strong internal stakeholder relationships.

• Contribute to project plans under the guidance of project leads.

• Provide user advice on product offerings, applications, and post-delivery support.

• Organize and prioritize personal workflow for maximum efficiency.

• Design, build, and maintain data warehouse environments, analytical databases, and data models (logical/physical).

• Train end-users on data warehouse and BI platform components.

• Drive process automation by eliminating or streamlining manual reporting.

• Foster continuous innovation and process improvement.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: BEng or Bachelor’s Degree (Data Science, Data Analytics, IT, Computer Science, or Information Systems).

• Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience.

• Technical Skills:

  • Data Warehousing & Analytics: QlikSense, SQL databases, and data modeling techniques.

  • Office Suite: Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
