Business Analyst Contract NEW

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to support software development projects and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with various Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, and a proactive approach to solving business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements
• Support software development projects using SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Spiral, DevOps)
• Create functional specifications, workflows, and process documentation
• Assist in testing, validation, and user acceptance processes
• Collaborate with IT, business teams, and project managers to ensure successful delivery

Requirements:

• 3-year IT qualification (Degree or Diploma)
• Minimum 3 years of Business Analysis experience
• Proven experience with SDLC methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, Spiral, DevOps
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and be on-site in Johannesburg when required
