Branch Manager Full Time

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join their client’s team in Gauteng. Our client is a well-established car rental company known for their excellent service and wide range of vehicles.

As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations and functions of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient management. You will lead a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional customer service and maximize revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all operations and functions of the Gauteng branch
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of employees
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets and objectives
• Manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar management role in the car rental industry.
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Strong business acumen and financial understanding
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of the car rental industry and market trends
• Experience in fleet management and vehicle maintenance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
