Bookkeeper Full Time

Hire Resolve is seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to join our client’s team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate financial records while contributing to the overall efficiency of the financial operations. This is an ideal position for someone with strong attention to detail and a passion for numbers.

You will be responsible for handling various bookkeeping tasks, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and providing valuable support to the finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Record and process daily financial transactions
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure proper documentation
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Work closely with external auditors during financial audits
• Support management in budgeting and forecasting tasks

Responsibilities

• Relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of bookkeeping experience
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• High attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Valid Drivers license and vehicle
