Summary:

Hire Resolve’s client in the Actuarial Consultancy space is seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Accountant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities and a keen eye for accuracy. The Accountant will play a key role in managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, ledgers, and financial statements
• Perform month-end and year-end close processes
• Conduct regular financial analyses to ensure accuracy and completeness of data
• Reconcile bank statements and review discrepancies
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Monitor and report on financial performance metrics
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial information and analysis
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong understanding of financial principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
