Accountant Full Time

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial management, audits, and budgeting. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining and analyzing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monthly accounting services for 25 clients
• Proficient with eFiling
• Deadline orientated
• Excellent time management skills
• Able to work independently
• Extrovert preferred as he/she needs to be confident in dealing with multiple clients
• Ideal would be to have worked in a similar environment
• Xero, Pastel, Sage One, Sage Evolution software experience

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
