You’ve updated your CV, sent it to every recruiter you can find, and applied to dozens of jobs online. Yet… nothing. No emails. No callbacks. Just silence.

  1. You’re Spamming Your CV to Every Recruiter You Can Find

When recruiters see that you’ve applied through multiple agencies — or worse, submitted the same CV to the same company via several different recruiters — they lose confidence. Why? Because:
