These terms of service apply to the upfront payment services (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) offered by Hire Resolve on the website. By accessing or using the website and the upfront payment services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not make use of the Service.

In order to make use of the Service you must be at least 18 (eighteen) years old and be in the possession of a valid matriculation certificate (or equivalent).
The Services that are provided to you under this agreement are more fully listed on the website and relate to recruitment consulting services designed to assist individual job seekers with finding viable employment opportunities within the job market.
All fees for the Services are posted on the website or agreed upon at the time of purchase. All fees are payable up front. Hire Resolve will only deliver the service upon confirmation from the designated third-party payment provider that payment has been received.
All fees as listed on the website are inclusive of VAT.
Should a payment be made fraudulently, or a payment reversed/withdrawn without written approval from Hire Resolve after confirmation of payment has been sent by the third-party payment provider, you will remain liable for the full payment and Hire Resolve reserves the right to pursue you for full payment of any service delivered to you.
Hire Resolve reserves the right to make changes to the price of the Service at any time and it is your responsibility to make sure that you are aware of the cost of the Service before purchasing the Service.
We offer refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the Service has not yet been rendered.

Failure to find employment during or after delivery of the service does not entitle you to a refund of the service.
You agree that you will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in an attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or systems of Hire Resolve or its affiliates.
You agree that you will not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
You agree that you will at all times act civilised towards Hire Resolve and all or any of its employees. Failure to act civilised or rude behaviour towards Hire Resolve or its employees and consultants may result in the cancellation of the services.
You acknowledge that the use of the Service does not automatically guarantee that you will find employment, whether viable or not, and that Hire Resolve does not guarantee you employment within the job market in any shape or form.

Hire Resolve reserves the right to cancel the service should it become known that:
In the event of Hire Resolve cancelling the service due to the reasons as set out above, payment will be forfeited by yourself, and should payment have been forfeited or reversed/withdrawn, you will remain liable for such payment and any legal fees incurred in the collection thereof by Hire Resolve.
All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and intellectual property used in the advertisement on the website, or for delivery of the Service is owned by or licensed to Hire Resolve.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without the express written consent of Hire Resolve and its directors.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Hire Resolve does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Hire Resolve does not guarantee that the Service or use of the Service will result in the user gaining employment immediately or any time after delivery of the Service. The Service is designed to assist the user in navigating the South African job market and the pitfalls associated therewith.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
The terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
