Telesales Executive Full Time

Hire Resolve’s Client is seeking a driven Telesales Executive to join their dynamic team in Paarl, Western Cape.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively hunt for new business and convert leads into loyal customers
• Build, manage, and grow a strong customer portfolio
• Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls and maintain a structured call cycle
• Drive revenue growth and shipment volumes
• Manage and update your sales pipeline (CRM tools)
• Deliver excellent service by handling customer queries efficiently
• Prepare sales reports, proposals, and presentations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in telesales or sales
• Proven track record in a target-driven environment
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Matric (essential)
• Ability to perform under pressure and stay motivated
