Technical Product Manager Full Time

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a Technical Product Manager who will collaborate across cross-functional
(multi-disciplinary) teams, including engineering, innovation, DevSecOps, data insights,
digital transformation, finance, sales, marketing, the management committee, and customer
success.

Responsibilities:

• Commercialization & Revenue Growth: Pricing, packaging, and positioning.
• Product Ideation & Validation: Concept to viable business solutions.
• Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution: Cross-functional launch leadership.
• Marketing Content Direction: Align messaging with product value.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Innovation, DevSecOps, data insights.
• SaaS Product Roadmap: Strategic development aligned with business objectives.
• Engineering Collaboration: Requirements, feature prioritization, development.
• Global Product Launch: Coordination and compliance.
• Product-Led Growth (PLG): User experience and adoption enhancement.
• Competitive Analysis & Positioning: Market differentiation.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years Technical Product Management (SaaS B2B, global product launch/scale).
• Agile, product lifecycle management, modern software development expertise.
• Technical background (cloud, APIs, DevSecOps), engineering collaboration.
• Product-Led Growth (PLG), customer insights, user analytics, self-serve onboarding.
• Product roadmap tools (Jira, Zoho Sprints, Planview), customer journey mapping, UX/UI, data-driven decisions.
• Global remote team collaboration, Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related).
• AI/ML, cybersecurity, or cloud-based infrastructure experience.
• Subscription-based business models and pricing strategies knowledge.
• Product management methodologies (PRINCE II, PMBOK, AGILE).
