Hire Resolve’s client, a leading mining company, is currently seeking a skilled Superintendent (Earth Moving Equipment) to join their team based in the Northern Cape.
Requirements:
– Artisan Trade Test
– N4 Certificate in Engineering
– Supervisory Certificate or Equivalent
– Planned Maintenance Certificate (advantageous)
– Leadership Certificate / MDP (advantageous)
– Min 5 years’ experience as a qualified artisan and min 3 years’ experience as a supervisor / project leader
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Maintenance management
– Contractor management
– Budget and cost control
– People management
– People leadership
– Continuous improvement
– SHERQ adherence and compliance
– Work Ethics
