Structural Draughtsman Full Time NEW

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a talented Structural Draughtsman to join our client’s dynamic team in Pretoria, focusing on industrial mining projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced draughtsman to contribute to exciting projects while collaborating with a skilled group of engineers and architects.

As a Structural Draughtsman, you will play a critical role in creating detailed designs and drawings that meet project specifications and contribute to the successful execution of industrial mining projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed structural drawings for mining and industrial projects using CAD software.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs align with project requirements and specifications.
• Review and modify existing drawings to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant standards, regulations, and codes.

Requirements: 

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in structural drafting, preferably within the mining sector.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
• Strong understanding of industrial mining standards and regulations.
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail in drawings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with various project stakeholders.
