Solution Consultant – Manufacturing and Service Management Full Time NEW

A South African Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and Value Added Reseller (VAR) specializing in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions is seeking a dynamic, solutions-oriented professional who has a proven track record of delivering D365 Business Central implementations and a passion for driving digital transformation.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Implementation: Lead full-cycle ERP deployments, including solution design, workshops, data migration, UAT, and Go-live.

• Solution Architecture: Translate complex operational needs into scalable system solutions, particularly for manufacturing and service industries.

• Support & Strategy: Provide post-implementation support and participate in pre-sales engagements to define client product strategies.

• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.

Minimum Requirements: 

• Experience: Proven implementation experience with D365 Business Central.

  • Intermediate: 3–5 years

  • Senior: 5+ years

• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Finance and Supply Chain processes.

• Niche Expertise: Experience in Manufacturing or Service Management modules is a significant advantage.

• Residency: Must be currently based in South Africa (out-of-country candidates will not be considered).
