Software Developer Technical Lead Full Time NEW

A professional services company specializing in Capital Markets Technology is seeking an innovative and take-charge Software Engineer: Technical Lead to join their team. You will be responsible for leading the technical vision and development of their platform, driving technical excellence, and mentoring a team of skilled engineers. 

Responsibilities: 

• Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and foster the growth of a team of software engineers, ensuring the adoption of best practices.

• Architectural Vision & Design: Drive technical requirements and lead the solution design process, creating detailed technical specifications, architecture blueprints, and software designs for the FinMio platform.

• Problem-Solving & Optimization: Apply strong analytical abilities to diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges, and lead continuous improvement and enhancement initiatives.

• System Integration: Architect and implement seamless integrations between the FinMio platform and various internal and external systems.

• Quality Assurance: Oversee the technical quality of all deliverables, ensuring strict adherence to coding standards, performance benchmarks, and security protocols.

• Agile Development: Champion and drive Agile development methodologies for efficient and collaborative continuous delivery.

• Innovation: Lead exploration into new technologies, particularly within the Artificial Intelligence (AI) space, to enhance our platforms.

Minimum Requirements: 

• 5+ years of experience in software development.

• Proficiency in Golang (or an equivalent procedural language like Rust, C, or Erlang) and Python.

• Strong experience with modern web development using JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.

• Experience with NoSQL/Document databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB, CouchDB).

• Solid understanding of CI/CD tools and practices.

• Proven technical leadership and team mentorship abilities.

• Demonstrated experience with architectural design, system integration, and complex problem-solving.
