Site Supervisor/Construction Manager Full Time

Hire Resolve’s client is currently seeking a Site Supervisor/Construction Manager to join their dynamic team. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations and supervise site staff
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and report any issues to upper management
• Conduct regular site inspections and perform quality control checks
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
• Implement and enforce best practices in construction management

Requirements

• National Diploma in Building/Construction Management or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in site management or construction supervision
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license
